About Rodricka
Rodricka is a wife, mother, real estate transactional engineer, and entrepreneur. Like most mothers and wives Rodricka wanted to get out of the daily routine of the “9-5” rat race. Although she enjoyed being a Human Services worker for more than 10 years and helping the community, she was missing not being able to spend more time with her husband and children, take vacations or care for sick children without having to ask for time off, and just being over worked and under paid.
The Journey
Rodricka was introduced to real estate in June of 2019 and has not looked back. After beginning her journey in real estate with no money and no credit and making more money on one deal than she made in 6 months, with any job, was a game changer. Rodricka connected with another wife, mother and real estate transactional engineer, Melanie Henry, and they have been dominating the real estate market together ever since.
Rodricka believes that whom much is given, much is required. As a result, she is diligent about always being a student to real estate so that she can pour into the community everything that she learns.
